I'll start...

1. Live in the moment.
2. Set aside time everyday to not think of your problems.
3. Appreciate what you have.
4. Don't seek revenge, instead seek peace and freedom.

Stay alert, trust no-one, keep a weapon handy.

I think Steve Jackson appropriated the phrase for one of his games.

The advice I usually give is kinda situational. Some things for here I just thought of
~You can not please everyone all the time, You need to try & take care of yourself some instead of focusing on others who pull you in different directions.
~If your gonna be d@mned you should be d@mned for what you really are.
~Pick your battles, Not everything is worth fighting & arguing about, Don't waste your breath & energy trying to argue with others who refuse to consider your POV or just keep going round in circles with you.
~Try & learn what you can from situations & then focus on how can can do better next time instead of feeling like a failure & figuratively beating yourself up over mistakes.

Do something that absolutely terrifies you once in a while.

1. It's impossible to have everyone like you or for you to like everyone

2. People who talk to you about others will talk to others about you

Stop taking every little thing personally.

If you are gonna take something personally, own it, and take it as an opportunity to improve yourself, rather than whine and lament.

You'll never accomplish anything if you spend all your time convinced it's not possible to achieve it. You won't even take the first step with that type of thinking. At that point, you're in your own way.

Luck and and effort are indistinguishable to the lucky. Real progress comes from real work, not luck.

Nobody is good at something they've never done. Don't let a "lack of skill" prevent you from doing something anyways. Behind every "expert" is thousands of hours of practice and training. "Even monkeys fall from trees".

Change is part of life, and will happen whether you like it or not. Learn to adapt.

Entropy is a thing. Systems naturally want to degenerate over time. Maintaining a given state requires work. The very act of staying alive and healthy takes work and effort and resources. People already have to carry their own lives - there's a limit to how much you can expect them to also carry you. Learn to take care of yourself as much as you can, and learn how to work with others when needed.

Before you go blaming anyone or anything else, make sure it isn't you. Just cos you have "a reason" for making a choice, doesn't mean the choice was right, and wasn't still your own damn fault.

Negative experiences are just important as positive ones.

Avoidance is a temporary solution. Relying on it just makes your world smaller, and opportunities shrink.

Not everything that makes you uncomfortable is bad. Not everything that gives comfort is good.

Don't expect from others, that which you wouldn't also expect from yourself.

Decisions should not be made from anger, spite, or vengeance.

An unfavorable choice is still a choice. A difficult choice is still a choice. Just cos you don't like one option doesn't mean you're forced to take the other option.

Cultures have different ways of saying "no."

Keep that in mind when you can't get the answer you want.

You aren't the same person you were 10 years ago - The same way you aren't the same person you will be 10 years from now.

Life is malleable and progressive - Life will change whether you like it or not. You see that? There are things you have no control over, that's why it's crucial and important to make your own goals, map out the steps you need to take in order to achieve such outcomes, and follow through with the commitment. It is life-changing. If confidence is an issue, fake it until you make it - Cognitive behavioral therapy has helped me.

10 years ago - I had my parents, I lived with them alone in my room almost 24 hours a day... playing video games and on the internet.... life was hard just existing and not living. Fast-forward, my parents are deceased now, I am married, and I have 3 children of my own. This obviously isn't the path for anyone/everyone else, but what I'm relaying is to not accept fate, but strive for success and betterment and I promise you will get there.

1. Protect your skin from the sun.
2. Don't try to change a person, instead change who you interact with.
3. Forgive but don't enable.
4. Always try to obtain new skills.
