UK ASD health passport ??

Has any body got or used the UK ASD health passport , it has been suggested by an occupational health nurse. I think it is supposed to help health care professionals better understand our sensitivity's and or differing needs. I find hospitals and doctors very difficult places.

I didn't know it was possible to get an official one. I tried carrying a home-made printed card for a while (got it from some autism website) in the hope of using it to ease my way on plane journeys, but I never had the nerve to use it. I didn't expect they'd take it seriously.
