This afternoon I took a nap from 1:00 to 3:15. Going forward Ideally I want to sleep from 10 at night to 7:30 in the morning.

Will the nap I took this afternoon make it harder to fall asleep if I go to bed at 10 tonight?

Not sleeping during the day can make the sleepiness at night more intense.I was taught this way.

That's a long nap. Is that part of your daily routine

Yeah I exercise a lot and do volunteering from 9:30-12:00 in the morning

Maybe my body is trying to recover from the alcohol I drank on the weekend that's why I slept.

I went to bed at six in the morning and slept on and off for ten hours during the day, so I'm probably going to have a sleepless night tonight.

I go to bed around 4 am most days.
Then I can miss the light of dawn.

Going to sleep through the day can make it harder to sleep on a night.

But it depends on what you train your body to do. It is possible to sleep more hours than your body needs.

I've never been able to nap or sleep in the day but apparently a nap should be 20-30 mins max.

I can't nap even if I've only had a couple of hours sleep. Once I'm up I'm up
