Will I find it harder to fall asleep?

9:30.

I probably woke a few times during my sleep cycle without realising it though during the night.

I am on medication

maybe that is why I sleep more?


I have personally found being on medication to make me more sleepy and to need more sleep. So that sounds like a plausible theory.

Which medications?

I’m on meds including prescription sleeping pills.

I’m still lucky to fall asleep.

It’s an anxiety and PTSD thing for me.

ADHD doesn’t help either.

They say you should go to sleep before midnight and have breakfast at 7-8 in the morning
