I expect that is just because Autism and ADHD are fashionable at the moment. I wonder if they would pay for other conditions. For example, some years back I had surgery on my nose to help my breathing. Would they have paid for that? It has been more useful than my Aspergers diagnosis ever has been.

True, I'd also imagine being a tech company they're probably actively seeking neurodiverse talent. Note their CEO identifies as Autistic also.
