Today was my first attempt at a diet. I don't eat fruit or vegetables. But I'm trying to eat healthier to lose belly fat. Morning 9 am to 1 pm 2 coffees with skimmed milk 1 pm 2 English muffins with low fat cheese grilled in an air fryer 2 30pmA handful of banana chips5pm Half a steak and 2 cups of mashed potatoes6:30 pmA handful of shredded cheese and a coffee with skimmed milk How did I do as far as dieting goes?
