If any one ascribes all physical motion to product of some consciousness, he confuses consciousness with nature.
I can accept the existence of consciousness from only a small number of people to most animals.

If the sun is conscious, does that mean all stars are conscious? What do they think about? Does this mean SCP 1548-EX is real?

I mean..... yeah. Stars are alive. They breathe. They're born and they grow and then they die and sometimes they explode into more stars, so they also reproduce. They're alive by any meaningful definition of the word "life." Conscious is a different story but I think, certainly, in some sense they must be conscious, in ways that are difficult for us to perceive or to comprehend. For that matter, an ant probably assumes that humans are unconscious although we most certainly are not.

I feel like ants would assume we're like them only on a more massive scale. They'd probably assume all humans are female and that any external differences are caste identifiers.

Are we conscious? Most say so.
Are we made of stardust? Yep.
Therefor, is it possible stars & planets are conscious? Why not..

Many say the Earth is alive. So it's not that far fetched to say the Sun is, too. Could be.

Earth can nonetheless be seen as a living system that behaves in significant ways like a living organism.
