For older folks, do you still feel young for your age?

I'm 30, and until I started taking my responsibilities seriously I felt no different than my teens. I've always been told I looked young as well, so that didn't help. I realized that clinging to my youth was unhealthy, and am trying to find the balance between my childish interest/hobbies and acting my age
