Celery: Average, don’t like it when it has a strong needle-like stem.
Broccoli: like, can be used as a side dish after cooking
Natto: I haven’t eaten it before. I hate sticky things.
Sushi: like, I can’t eat too much cold food
Licorice: Average, mom will soak it in water and drink it
Tempeh: Never seen it
Seitan: like it very much. It is a tough soy product.
Beets: Never eaten
Chocolate: Like when added with milk or sugar
Tofu: like,as long as it’s not raw

Celery I suppose it's OK but personally I don't bother with it.
Broccoli Good stand-in for when I can't get spinach for my taters recipe Not bad mixed with other things, mildly disgusting alone.
Natto Never heard of it.
Sushi Heard of it but don't know what it is, and somehow not attracted.
Licorice Like pure liquorice resin, not so fond of adulterated forms. I used to like the natural root, but too hard to chew these days. And daren't eat the resin because it would stain my teeth even more than they're already stained.
Tempeh Never heard of it.
Seitan Never heard of it.
Beets Not very interested.
Chocolate Yes especially when I add rose water (Turkish Delight). But it's "addictive" and in my experience harmful in large doses. I ration myself these days.
Tofu I've got no time for the sloppy type, but I vaguely like the firm type. I seem to remember enjoying little chunks of that shallow-fried with mixed bits of vegetables, and have a mild ambition to try cooking it myself, if it's cost-effective. If it isn't, I'd consider making my own, but it looks like a bit of a palarva unless I can figure out a way of simplifying the usual recipes.

Celery  A reasonable ingredient if there isn't much of it
Broccoli  GOOD
Natto  I am unfamiliar with it, looked it up, and it doesn't sound like something I'd care for
Sushi  I would want it cooked and with no heads, fins, scales, guts, etc. And I don't like anything that tastes fishy. Nor any animal or vegetable where disassembly e.g., I have to remove a shell or skin is required. And the only bivalve I like is scallops.
Licorice  In extreme moderation is OK...I favor black (and I really like Black Sambuca!)
Tempeh  I am unfamiliar with it, looked it up, and it sounds interesting...I'd definitely try it
Seitan  I am unfamiliar with it, looked it up, and I am confused. It sounds like an ingredient!
Beets  Tolerable, in small quantities.
Chocolate  OK. I prefer  milk chocolate .
Tofu  What is the point?! No detectable taste. No detectable texture. If I put it in my mouth I can't feel or taste if it is still in there!

Celery - Almost choked to death on a crescent-shaped piece. It's OK though. Take it or leave it.
Broccoli - YUM
Natto - Never tried it
Sushi - Not gonna happen, but I don't mind Tempura or Tonkatsu
Licorice - It's OK. Don't love it.

Tempeh - Never had it.
Seitan - Never heard of it but I don't like wheat.
Beets - Meh, but they remind me of my dad so that's good.
Chocolate - Can't stand it. Can't even smell it.
Tofu - It's OK.

Celery- love it with French onion dip
Broccoli- it's fine but it triggers my IBS
Natto- I don't think I've had it
Sushi- nice, I like the katsu chicken version
Licorice- gross
Tempeh- never had, but I'd try it
Seitan- I think I had it in Japan, could take it or leave it
Beets- not a fan
Chocolate- my favourite is milk chocolate, although I like white chocolate as well
Tofu- it's fine

Broccoli - love it (always have), but it must be extremely well steamed (adult pref)
Beets - love beets, have since I was lil
Chocolate - like bacon, the older I get the less appeal it has, but I enjoy it (cheap American milk chocolate, keep the dark away)

Celery - only w/o the stringy things, which means I rarely eat it
Natto, Tempeh, Seitan, & Tofu - I've been told not to eat lots of soy (thyroid), & I don't like them anyway
Sushi - I don't eat seafood/fish/bivalves/whatever in general or any uncooked/under-well-cooked meat *insert nonono cat*
Licorice - loved it as a kid, can't stand it, fennel, or anise as an adult

I don't know what natto is, but I like all the others. Sushi I don't particularly like but I can eat it. I love tofu, it's one of my favorite foods. I rarely eat it though because I seldom cook.
