When I posted this, we were at 15,920. Pretty damn close if you ask me.

I've seen the total number of members go up exponentially. I am member #115.

to be fair, this is only a 'gross' count:
there are a number of doubled-up or tripled-up members
(check names & postcounts)

there will also be a number for whatever reason no longer with us...

(not necessarily due to death or otherwise departed, this would also apply to any bannees)

QQQ: is there a way to clean up the list???

NEXT:
since i joined just over a month ago,
we moved up to and past (?) 16,000 at an average speed of around
twenty newbies per day

EVER since then, we are at just below thirty a day, say 28ish;
with 700 hundred short (not subtracting those defined above)
that would mean we should be at 17,000 by the end of FABruary
