For those that don't know, the Liberal Democrats are a centre-left opposition party in the UK, and I am a member.

Their annual conference is this week. If you want to find out more about this party you can tune into BBC2 in the UK between 11.30am-1pm AND 2.30pm-4pm BST, all weekdays this week.

Current debates are between the party leadership (who want a shift to the right) and the party activists, including me (who want a shift to the left). Issues include privatisation of the Post Office, Anti-Terror Legislation, Tax issues, and Education.
