I will tell about my last month.
On the 29th of april (without having heard of asperger's before) i was surfing the web, and i don't remember how, but the asperger's wikipedia page appeared on the browser. Normally I would just continue surfing, but after a fast diagonal reading, something caught my eye. After reading it all, i was convinced i have asperger's. On the following day, my boss called me to his office to fire me. The reasons he presented were that i didn't adapt to the team, and that i was always being agressive with my words. It was a surprise, because i thought that everything was OK, and never realized of what he said, but then i remembered about asperger's symptoms and realized that he was probably right. It was my first job, and it lasted for 4 months. Those two days were a strange coincidence.
So, i'm self-diagnosed, but i'm pretty shure. I'm good with computers, i have fantastic memory when it comes to my interests, i don't realize when people make fun of me, some people describe me as a robot, i have a strange way of staring, etc.

Now, to introduce myself, i'm a 25 year old guy from Portugal. I've a degree in software engineering and i'm looking for a job, anywhere! In music i love Radiohead and Tool. In cinema i like something that makes you think, like No Country For Old Men, and my alltime favorite is 2001 a space odyssey. I'm single. I like reading, but not too much.

That's it for now. I'm really glad that a forum like this exists.
Hope that you will help me to improve my life.

Please be patient about my english, it will get better i promise.
