Recruited heavily by the Navy, was offered nuc-sub/E3 enlistment... however, at 6'4" and get freaked in constrained spaces, that just wasn't going to work. Add two blown knees, the long hair and a decided non-violent streak - and the armed forces simply aren't happening in my future.

My husband was in the AF 15 yrs and in the reserves 7 yrs. Pediatric dentist. We loved it. Based in Japan and TX and Alaska.
