Hullo everybody, I am new to wrongplanet but I am an ancient poster from AspieVillage...
I am in my early 50s in age, known as "chicken" because I am so shy in social settings (get labelled "chicken" for not joining in).
Furthermore, both grandads used to farm chickens, and I have a great affinity to the birds. (I know that chicken has a seamy connotation in American usage, but I am "Chicken" for the above three reasons).
I have never been diagnosed with Aspergers, but I am 100% sure that I have it. I have tried for years to get a diagnosis, and now given up.
I like History, (especially History of India and Hinduism), but my obsessions change from year to year. I used to be keen on geology, but I got the degrees and then moved on....
A keen postcard collector, I also enjoy the great outdoors, fell walking and rambling.
