Probably a burning hot shower or hottub.

I can't think of any other sensations that send me over the moon with rapturous joy. Mostly it's crap I don't like.

i am doing this so i can find out what people like and maybe find someone who is similar to me...

Am like very strong pressure to,cannot tolerate light touch.
Am like what gets called "bear hugs"-am always had problems with hugging-and had never allowed it before, had accidentally kicked and lashed out at people who tried it....until a couple of years ago at college,at the certificate presentation-one of the staff gave am a "bear hug" and first reaction as always was to pull and fight away but as soon as the pressure had hit it was the best feeling ever so am realise it's not about not liking hugs but about the pressure of it.

Am do not like the blood pressure things because am have always had it done in very bad situations such as being in resus.
after having accidents, injuries or illness, before going for general anaesthetic in hospital or IV sedation in dentist place [find hospital an extremely difficult place to cope with] and am unable to unassociate the two in mind.

I love very strong pressure too, i cant tolerate light touch either unless its a certain type of light touch in a certain place, for example one of the very few light touches i like is getting the back of my neck right over my spine stroked. I have always since i was young never been one to pull out of hugs unless they were the whimpy real light kind... i like very deep tight tight tight hugs, i also LOVE tight warm sweaty sticky hugs. for me its both being hugged and also the pressure i love... the tighter i get hugged the more i think the person loves me.

about the blood pressure cuffs i had never associated it that way... probably because its been something thats been being done all my life as part of well check ups since i was a baby so i tend to not associate it to bad things.

What are like with bracelets/anything else that goes on the wrist?
Loose or tight-or both?
Am find both bad but not sure why, further up/on the hand though am like to get an elastic band and wrap it really tight.

That the one [the extremely tight hug]-perfect! wouldn't it be good if they loaned out Temple Grandins' hug machine on the NHS/insurance or made them so that they're cost accessible to more people?

i like tight bracelets, especially elastic ones... dont like loose ones... i like it further up my arm too...

that would be cool if insurance/NHS payed for hug machine thingie...

I always used to come out of the shower red all over from the hot water, and my mom told me I looked like a lobster. It didn't hurt, though, and the redness went away quickly. But I got used to just warm showers because I had to leave some hot water for everybody else.

I have my whole family on my back about it, so I can't really do that. They're way too persistent. Besides, I figure I should be nice to them. I've gotten used to less heat, so it's not a big deal anymore, but they still complain.

my parents didnt really care, all they said is "fine then your just going to have to be put in the shower an hour before everyone else has to take their showers" that didnt really piss me off at all being the fact i hate eating and dont care about whats on TV.

Swimming underwater (the smothered in water feeling), rubbing the arm of my mother and distant gunfire/fireworks.

i also love hugs and soft fuzzy things (not too fuzzy to be tickly) i especially like it when people hug me in soft fabrics and soft thick fabrics. thats good you have a grandmother who likes hugging you, mine does... but i can tell she does NOT enjoy it.

i used to like swimming only if the pool water was 90 degrees or higher, 98.6 or higher preferred but 90 is do-able. anything lower and i start having thermal issues i can no longer swim due to a progressive physical disability which you can get more info on the disease by clicking my www link below my posts. one of my stims is rubbing my head on my arm because i like soft warm smoothness of my skin. distant gunfire/fireworks really messes with my auditory issues and will make me spaz out.

I have some new questions for everyone to answer!

Do you like hugs?

Do you like them extremely tight?

Do you like heavy hugs with the other person on top of you? (not sexual)

Do you like warm sweaty sticky hugs?

I absolutely love hugs, probably one of my favorite things about other humans and THE only thing i love about most "normal" people.

For me i dont really enjoy it unless it is extremely tight. so yes i LOVE them extremely tight, however if your bony and skinny please dont hug me!

Heavy hugs are something i miss about my girlfriend. we used to wind up in extremely tight hugs that would last for hours. she only weighed 120 pounds but she was a very warm girl and i loved her warm weight on top of me.

Yes, my girlfriend used to come home after physical therapy on saturdays and those were my favorite times to go since her hugs would be nice warm and sticky. for me the sticky warmth i find very very calming.

you have never had one of those hugs where your friend lays on top of you hugging you? thats was one of the most common hugs with my old girlfriend aside from the kind where me and her are sitting on the floor. (we are both disabled. her parents cut me off because they didnt like how touchy feely huggy physically close the relationship was) mind explaining WHY you dont like hot sticky ones? i love both hot sticky ones and warm dry ones. but my favorite is hot and sticky.

because it just feels a bit dirty and smelly from the other's sweat, and with that their smell if it dont smell good, plus it could just be a bit sufficating with sweaty stickyness

about her parents, it seems they just dont understand how with people with aspergers and other sensory disorders that they show effection alittle differantly and some may have personal space problems (like invading other's space without knowing it) i really thing parents should understand alittle better and not think that touchy feely and alwasys hugging for hours on end means it will soon lead to sex, many with aspergers are asexual too maybe her parents are NT and just think that with 2 disabled people hugging for hours that it might lead to more trouble then what was planned.
