Why is it that black on white crime is rarely reported?

I'm not talking about going out of your way to see it. It is all over the place.

If can't see it actually happening for some reason and you would prefer numerical data, just look up some crime and punishment stats broken down by race. Especially in terms of drug crime. Considering rates of drug use are nearly flat across the board among all races, those with darker skin are more often arrested, convicted, and receive longer sentences for the same period of time. If racism isn't a factor, why don't you see SWAT raids on frat houses?

Universities have to be beaten like dogs just to force them to punish rapists.

Of course, you can argue whether the racism originates from the media or the public, but that doesn't change that it is there.

Madeleine McCann is probably the best example, and in many ways that case was a perfect storm, but fewer of those perfect storms are black than you would expect. Black people and white people, particularly young white women and girls, are not treated equally when it comes to the reporting of missing persons.

Your timeline is out of whack on that, the counter-spin against Martin was exactly that, a reaction to the way the thing was being painted as "innocent black youth gunned down by racist white guy". Note that I'm not condoning it, just pointing out that it came afterwards.
