Imagine now, a creepy crawly organic and expansive red colored and vienous net like creature that slithers on the ground wanting to contact you or anything moving.

I was hovering above it or dream floating to avoid contact with it, and it would just slither to and fro quickly across the grass. A boy now appears to the side of me, and willfully puts his leg down near it and it, the thing, broke off a piece of itself and quickly entered into to him. 8O

His countenance immediately changed and he seemed fatigued by this contact.

I was hovering, but it was only a few feet as I could float only that high above it, and it seemed incited or excited by my close proximity. 8O

There was an eerie religious type chorus singing in the background when the boy allowed the personal contact with it.

I remember every line of chorus as I awoke, but as I lay there it evaporated including the background context of how this all developed..... strangely I was forgetting much of the complex details....

It( the music) was very pretty in and of itself but.................................c'mmon

Last night. I was at my working place (not the real one though and nothing to do with it) In the vicinity was a container full of dead sheep that were starting to rot and fill the place with stench. Others did not seem to mind as much as I did (really? How weird!!) Then this guy cut a piece of meat and started to eat it. It turned to a tomatoe slice in his plate. The end.

Maybe auntblabby ( or someone) can shed some light on a recurring dream that I have about a certain home appliance.

I'll bet I have this dream quite often throughout the week and here goes.

The appliance is a front loading washing machine, and I make this distinction here, because in the US they are generally "top loaders."

To all outside appearances it is really a boring dream, because it is simple: I'm in a room full of various "front loaders" and they are all uniquely designed, and I look into the tubs and one is very large in diameter and another has some complex controls and another is a top loader without the agitator..... another is this way and the other is that way, ad infinitum.

All very strange designs because the diameter is too large in one to wash, but it washes clothes...... (in realty the tub couldn't turn or drive that large tub via that large width..... the physics of it would be uneven as the mass of cloths dropped.)

So I look them all over and find it difficult to pick one machine to wash with.

It's a strange and recurring dream, and in these dreams I'm utterly fascinated by each of the designs and can't choose one.......LOL.

Just a simple dream?

i don't know about simple.

here is my swag at your dream-
Laundromat
To dream that you are at a Laundromat [or a room resembling a laundromat in that it is full of washing machines] represents a transformation or cleansing. You are ready to rid yourself of past hurts. It is time for new changes.
Washing Machine
to see or use a washing machine in your dream suggests that you need to resolve issues of the past in order to be able to make a clean, new start for yourself. the different types of washing machine are analagous to the different options you have to resolve these past life issues- some are more transparant [front-loading machine symbolizing foolproof, easier-seeming answers], while others are more opaque [top-loading machine] and long-shot. you have so many iffy options to choose from that you have trouble deciding among them. IOW, you wonder how many of these solutions can be feasible in the first place. the fact that your dream took place in something resembling a laundromat suggests [in a typical punny way that dreams are prone to being] that a bunch of different people including your family and friends have simultaneously gotton on your case about cleaning up your act. recurring dreams indicate a long-standing message from your sub-conscious mind which is being neglected in waking life.
i hope this is helpful to you :)

The most recent weirdest dream i can remember is that my mom decided that we should own lion's in our flat, they sat on my head and she told me to shiver to get them off and they tried to eat our cats, i really disliked that dream :/ After that my dreams went blurry and chaotic and my alarm clock went off :o I hope a lion never actually sits on my head, i don't think my neck would be able to carry the weight.

I recently dreamed that we had the capability to conveniently travel to the edge of the known universe (and therefore see what was beyond). The craft's interior loosely resembled the "Ship of the Imagination" from Carl Sagan's 'Cosmos.'

At the edge of the known universe, everything was red. This was rather silly in retrospect, as things out there only appear red from our perspective at this point in space, due to the Doppler shift.

maybe the stuff you were seeing, was yet so far away from your vantage point at the edge of this universe, that it still appeared red for that reason? like just maybe, the metaverse is expanding in all directions just as our universe is expanding in all directions. just a jejune thought.

The bolded portion is interestingly spot on, ab.... it gelled. 8O
In essence it's an ADD issue inside a dream. My distraction distracted away any deeper meaning.

With that link below, I've had these different fixations with things IRL. Btw, they have been called "obsessive" by others and I believe I misconstrued the meaning of "AS special interests as parts of things" in that thread -- I still do these same things today, but without having a singular bonafide special interest. Ergo, it's like some dreams have multiple themes in them, as I'm 'ADD distracted' by my in the moment ' brand' of "special interest," while carrying one inside another dream theme..... a divided attention you could say.

Imagine this: you are outside along with your spouse, and you (I) look up into sky, straight up. Next a military jet flies over at supersonic speed, but there isn't a sonic boom. Next thing thing you know, it quickly rolls over in a steep nose dive and Boom! Nose into the ground a few miles away. Now an incredible shock wave rolls outward from its ordinance, and I push my wife towards the front of my truck and duck for cover, avoiding a rain of debris, and expecting a nuclear fireball next.... (though impossible in scenario)

My sister jumped out of my bedroom window in slow motion and I heard her bones break.

When I woke up, I heard a deep voice that sounded like God say, 'GOOD!'. :(

Stupid sleep disorder.

I dreamt about a watch that had a dial that could tell you whether you were high, or just naturally crazy.

I might try to draw the watch, but my skills aren't very great :P
