In the 6th grade, there was an Aspergian named Kyle who often bullied me because I "took his place" in the fastest reader in the class. He seems to be very high functioning, since he's very social and has a lot of friends.

I got moved to different classes, though, where I had two great friends who are good acquaintances today.

While I've never bullied anyone outright, I've been very condescending and mean to people before. It all just goes back to the idea of putting other people down to make yourself feel good. Other times my friends would be picking on some kid and I would just jump in not knowing what was going on.

I've seen it on this site, and seen it in real life, and experienced it myself....

Lots and lots of anger out there.....

I think some of my behaviours could be seen as being bullying or abusive. I can be very nice to someone one day but I will get angry at them and refuse to talk to them if they haven't showered or washed the next day. Especially if I'm tired or overwhelmed. I've been told that I can be hostile to people and I think it mainly happens when they're being stupid or I'm not in a good mood. Both of those are somewhere on the spectrum of bullying according to the anti-bullying charter in my secondary school.
Also some girl caused me to meltdown when I was young and I punched and kicked her but it was a once off, so I'm not really sure if that counts.
