Hello, care to hear my life story?

I have decided to join this forum to get to understand my AS better. I was diagnosed at a very young age but my parents didn't tell me until middle school (Im just about to graduate high school) I went to a ton of therapy and at first meeting me you probably couldn't tell I have AS unless you know what to look for. I have a hard time making friends and tend to be withdrawn unless i'm with close friends. But the primary reason i'm here is that i'm having a hard time finding a girlfriend and being in a romantic relationship. Ever since middle school I have been teased and made fun of by girls and its hard to find some one who I can feel easy around. I hope this community could help me and maybe make some new friends.

Embrace your interest in computer programming; you can make a nice living doing that when you get older.

Welcome,you are among friends here.i dont know if i can help on the girlfriend issues,i have them myself.
All i can say is keep looking,the ones who tease arent worth it,and probably have issues of their own, the proof is there willing to put someone down to make themselves feel better.
There are good ones out there ,you just need to find one(yeah i know its not easy)
