Yes, that is odd. Are you sure you're not coughingg up blood or something like that? Any open sores inside your mouth or anything like that?

Tell someone. Your parents, your doctor. Someone.

I told the school medical room, but they used the same response to this as everything else. "Wipe a wet tissue on it, it'll be alright". Pricks. School meds are rubbish. I dont want to tell anyone else, because it never works and they never have an answer, just 10 more questions to be answered. "Why do you taste it?" "what time did you taste it" "what did you eat before it happened?"

The reason why 10 more questions are asked is to determine the cause. A variety of medications can cause the taste in the mouth.

It could be some blood in your nose or throat, and the smell is making you "taste" it. I know my nose bleeds a little in cold dry weather sometimes. Do you have a sore throat, or anything? Do you handle chemicals? Some can get through your skin into your blood and make you have a weird taste in your mouth. Do your teeth bleed when you brush them? If so, you could be tasting some leftover blood.
That's all I can think of.

I woudlnt be too concerned about it unless you actually see some blood (and a large enough amount) coming from somewhere, or even if you taste/feel a large amount.

blood tastes metallic and salty; there are medical conditions (I'm sorry, I don't remember what) that make you constantly have a metallic taste in your mouth. You should probably mention it to your doctor.

Hi....

To be honest, if its something he wants to do then you needn't worry about how it tastes/smells... I personally find it difficult to imagine that it normally tastes pleasant down there, but my boyfriend (and yours by the sounds of it) thinks it looks/ tastes/ smells amazing, and would do it all day long if he had his way! On the other hand, if you're not comfortable with it, then just say no and let that be the end of it. Everyone has there limits, and obviously this is yours. If he loves you then he'll understand.

Oral infections or bacterial infections in general can give a metallic taste to the mouth.

if you're having problems with your teeth, that could be the answer. they don't have to be bleeding, but if there's swelling involved or something, that could be the reason why.
