I dont know what to do any more, i have tried so many different things, but it's like it won't go away, and to make things worse i am a very big teenager, not fat, but i have braud shoulders ( bigger than my dads ) a large bone structure, and a larger upper body; so my arms feel like a 'load gun so to speak', i can't get rid of it? It's almost a daily fight to resist just pounding holes into my wall, and punching my desk ( i try hard to not do this one mainly because i usually will end up damaging the skin and start to bleed around my knuchles ), but it's like the adrenaline won't stop pumping, hell i can't even breath lightly any more! What can i do to rid of this, and how can i prevent it from coming? Any and all replies are thanked very much :!: :?:

You need to learn how to wind people up so you can unwind yourself.

I enthusiastically recommend physical exercise (like freeweights, crunches and a treadmill) for at least 90 minutes a day. And very strong Chamomile tea.

Seriously, make exercising until you're physically exhausted a daily routine and you'll be amazed how much better you'll feel. It won't entirely get rid of anxiety or depression, but it will make you much more capable of managing it - you'll actually sweat a lot of it out.

Exercising can be good for me, but going to the gym or doing strenious exercising can just make me more adrenilized. So walking works best for me, I see walking as a way of shacking off the static (over stimulation) where as anything that increases my stimulation is just like getting drunk to crash out.

Wishing you well.

PS don't forget stimming is our natures way of fanning the flames of overstimulation. Many of us are like walking tumble dryers, our thoughts are churning and turning around in us, and unless we can let out the static through constructive ways, we will overheat. We all need a good outlet.

Go well

Chris

Exercise - absolutely! I do 20 min. weight training & 40 min. on the elliptical every day in the Winter. Now that it's nice again, I will walk around the lake for an hour & then finish off at the gym. It has become my way of stimming.

I think it's important to pick some physical activities that are enjoyable to you - and as Willard said, you want to finish exhausted (just don't injure yourself in the process - exhaustion, yes - pain, no.)
