Valoyossa, you are indeed great! I used to hate my bras, just to find out now I was wearing a completely wrong size. Instead of 34B I've just bought 32D and they feel awesome. Thank you, thank you, I feel a lot more comfortable now .
And btw, if that's your new haircut it looks lovely. _________________ "Selfishness is not living as one wishes to live, it is asking others to live as one wishes to live" (Oscar Wilde)

| I, too, cannot stand the feeling of wearing a bra. I never wear one while at home. I recently found this bra: Patagonia Women's Active Barely Bra (that's a link). I can honestly say it's the most comfortable bra I've ever worn. It's lightweight and comfortable, but still supportive enough for me. In regular US bra sizes, I'm a 34A; I wear a small in this one. Anyway, if you have a smaller chest, I totally recommend this bra. It might not provide enough support for larger-chested women. There's a similar one on the website for C and D cup sizes, but obviously I haven't tried that one. |

| Bras used to drive me NUTS! It turns out I have sloping, weight-lifter type shoulders, & with regular bras, the straps would constantly slide off! I eventually fount front-closure, racer-back bras. Very comfy! Especially with the underwires removed. There was one brand & style I really like, but don't ya know it got discontinued? X-treme bummer! Then I developed scoliosis. Now that one shoulder is higher then the other, bras are absotively, posolutely out of the question! The "bad" side has the nerves & circulation cut off after just a few hours. So a while back, I started wearing a men's A-shirt/tank-top undershirt. My brand of choice is Fruit of the Loom, as they have nice long torsos that stay tucked in. Since I started "going commando" on top, I feel a lot more comfortable. So I get called sir (unless I slather on the eye shadow)...no biggie. I've been a tomboy for years anyway. |

Don't feel up to reading the whole thread, so forgive me if this has been mentioned before but www.decentexposures.com is a great place for bras for those who hate bras.
They're on the expensive side (custom made) but last really well with decent care, they're pretty, give a natural look, and they're comfortable. They're not super-supportive, but I wear a D cup and found them adequate. (They have some options to improve support but I tried them and didn't like the feel.) The customer service is really good so it's worth trying; you can always return something if it doesn't work. No affilliation, just a pleased customer for many years. _________________ My son doesn't like being called an Aspie -- he'd rather be called an Awesome. |

If you have band on your blades, it's too loose. I posted pictures how bra should look and everybody can see that band is BELOW the blades. And it shouldn't move during the day. Bras are not made to move, but to support.
It seems like most of you read only last post without those written before.
So I tell you that there are many interesting pics and charts on the previous page _________________ Change Your Frequency, when you're talking to me!

| Bras are really uncomfortable for me too. I don't wear them unless I have to. |

Try 10C. C is one of smaller cups, especially with band 10. Many people think C and D are big cups! but it's a myth - unfortunately still popular. Don't give in to letterphobia!
10C is easy to get, so it's no problem for you. Read How to wear a bra. If your boobs are bulging, ask for D cup and don't care about letters*.
It's quite possible that you'll change your cup to bigger
Most women should wear D-G cups. If you can imagine Gaussian distribution, these cups are in the middle, left are D- and right G+.
But the most important is band size, because it's responsible for support and pushing up. If band is too big, boobs don't have a shelf to lie on it.
Calculator which you posted said:
We are unable to find a size based on your measurements
I looked at their chart and I know why - they stop on E size. It's definitely not enough. They also give too loose bands.
This pink calculator which I posted allows you to have f.e. 50 cm difference without any stupid comments. And - what's most important - it gives right band size. Band is basic!
Plus for Hestia for It is important to remember to have a very FIRM, SNUG underbust measurement. But they have to learn many many many things.
* I know a woman who was wearing shoe size 40 instead 42 for many years, because she thought 42 is a shame (!). Now she wears 42 without pain and deformation and she doesn't know why she thought 42 is sth wrong
I don't have this problem and I wear shoes 42 and bra 30J. Sizes like every else. _________________ Change Your Frequency, when you're talking to me!

Bra types - short guide
 Picture resized
1. PLUNGE - made for V-neckline. Easy to get in sizes up to G-cup, one brand sells them to M.
2. HALF-CUP - for low, square necklines. Favourite type among women with small sizes
3. BALCONY - most popular shape, fits almost every woman. It's a best type for beginners
4. FULL-CUP - also known as Panzerbra - best support, best under shirts with high neckline, turtle-necks, best for older and/or damaged boobs, for very big sizes. Generally good for everybody, if they don't wear low neckline. Sport bras are extreme forms of full-cups. If you exercise rarely, normal FC is enough.
5. STRAPLESS - band size is VERY important, because it must give 100% support. It must be really tight (ofc not too much). I recommend smaller band size than usually. Hard to buy in G+ sizes. _________________ Change Your Frequency, when you're talking to me!

| Don't wear one at all. I'd rather duck tape my breasts. If men are going to stare, let them. If they try and rape me, I know how to shoot a gun and I have a carry conceal permit. |

Yes, it's a shame she isn't more agressive. I wish she would have bitten this idot who tried to poke her eye so he could "see how she blinks". I want a pet brachiosaurus, it could wack bullies and perverts with it's tail or simply step on them. |
