I've been wondering this myself, just turned 37 and leading up to a diagnosis this past december, I was feeling extremely anxious and having a lot of physical pain due to stress. Feel like I'm woring my way through a multi year burnout.

My social skills and ability to care for myself as better, but in some ways it's worse. I only recently got diagnosed because of issues I'm having with anxiety and stress.
