| I find that any social interaction requires considerable conscious effort on my part. There's a lot of ensuring that I listen, don't talk over other people, maintaining eye contact and appropriate physical posture etc. - things that may come automatically to an NT. So at the end of any social encount... |

| A very interesting business model. The article does not make it clear whether an employee must be on the autism spectrum to be employed, or whether NTs are rejected for not being on the spectrum. However, many companies would not want to make an investment in their employees of a five month training... |

| There are some very interesting points regarding the consequences of dressing/not dressing like your co-workers. To the OP, if you want to smarten up, then go for it. Some of your co-workers may consider that you're getting above yourself (perhaps they're jealous?). Others, however, may be inspired ... |

| If you are going to the next London meet-up on 22/08, it may be worth checking whether a tube line that you require will be shut for engineering works. The Transport for London web-site shows which lines will be shut on which particular days: http://www.tfl.gov.uk/tfl/livetravelnews/realtime/tube/de... |

| I think that the word is 'credibility'. I've worked under many managers who can put forward the most hare-brained ideas and get other people to accept what they say. Furthermore, they were able to brush aside any logical argument that ran counter to their own ideas. It still amazes me how so many pe... |

They want and CMS, but they don’t want because they are telling me to write individual feature and then loosely string them together, but also so how my magic they will have a CMS. | should i worry about them getting to power? By getting into power, do you mean forming a clear Parliamentary majority? Given the ‘First-Past-the-Post’ voting system in the UK, it’s very unlikely unless the voting laws are changed. Neither the Conservatives nor Labour would countenance such a change... |

At the end of one date, we arranged to see each other again, then nothing – my calls, messages and emails to her went unanswered. OK, you come off too ... |
