| I have had that exact problem basically my entire life. I've discovered that it seems to be caused at least in part by anxiety, even if you don't feel physically anxious. My doctor just put me on anxiety meds for general anxiety and they have helped a lot. |

| A whole lot of genes have been linked to autism. No single one is the sole culprit and there's almost certainly some level of interaction between genes and environment that has to occur. It's definitely a whole lot messier than the standard dominant vs recessive inheritance that everybody learns in ... |

| Motivation you mean? No. It is independent of feeling a "want" to do it. And for somethings, I don't think it is fear of failure. | I love sweeping and vacuuming. The sound of dirt getting sucked into the vacuum and rattling around the hose is really satisfying for some reason. And sweeping a dirty floor and seeing it get all clean is quite fun. I cannot stand cleaning off tables and clearing up messes because I get overwhelmed ... |

| I'm not terrifically good at voices, but I'm pretty good with accents. Generally, though, I can only accurately copy phrases in accents, I can't produce novel sentences as well. |
