I don't think it would be possible to re-reach yourself. What you have done is achieved personal growth and you can't really unlearn that, besides it's a good thing. You've become better at something and consequently you are more worried about offending people, but the way I figure it is that your ...

I get depressed and anxious often and oddly enough, I attribute this to how I have become better at the social aspects of life (from when I was younger.) Of course even now I'm no social wizard. I still often say things before realizing that I've seriously offended someone and then of course I feel ...

Try and imagine your date in a positive way. If she noticed you were awkward maybe she thinks you're nervous because you like her and want to make a good impression. She'll be flattered by that. And if you ended the date early, perhaps it's left her wanting more. Do your best, and don't give up! :-...

Haha, I don't know and I doubt very much you can change it that much in any fast time frame. I'm still like that, though not quite as bad. I used to flinch when anyone touched me. Some people do seem to overcome it but I imagine it takes a few years, at least. All I can say is don't assume someone ...

Well earlier tonight I kind of had my first date. It didn't last very long, by my own choice. I ended it because of my anxiety. I was so anxious that I couldn't even enjoy the time that I was spending with her. I tried my best to keep the conversation going, the small talk. Which I did pretty good w...

I am new to the internet community of Asperger's people and I have to say..it is strange. People act like having this condition admits you into some kind of social club. Whats even more strange to me is the people who self-diagnose themselves. I would never have considered myself to have Asperger's ...

I bet some people on the spectrum are messy. I'm not personally, I am extremely clean. I cannot think clearly unless my room is clean.

I think that it is more likely for people who have a high opinion of themselves to look up IQ related articles. This entire post is a test to see how smart the average person thinks they are. The logical answer would be average but I'm guessing most people will guess that they at least have an abov...

A poll like this will be skewed towards the higher end, since 130+ has a higher chance of looking at a topic like this, and voting, than <70. I've only met one guy who bragged about his low IQ, while I've met tons of people bragging about their high IQ. What makes you think people with an IQ 130+ w...

How much time do you spend with women? Is it possible that you might get more comfortable if you spent more time with them? Also, is it thinking of them romantically that makes you nervous? Or do you still get nervous with women you are not interested in? For me, spending time with women without ev...
