Remove the IT from it completely. It was a documentation problem, just a beta test.
Consider the people laughing at you to be the users, because well, Joe Computer User is an idiot and a butthole who just wants this $(*)*#%ing machine to work. |

With a proper doctor and control, benzo addiction isn't 10% as bad as you've been led to believe.
Try suddenly stopping an SSRI, and suddenly stopping a benzo (both times medications were stolen.)
I actually was put on a benzo during the SSRI withdrawal (before I was taking xanax xr regularly). |

| Here's a short one, but a very good start. Lay out your clothes you'll be wearing before you go to bed. Stop eating at least 14 hours before you want to wake up, so if you want to wake up at 7, stop eating at 5. (This is effective with 10 hours, but we're assuming a lack of routine.) When you wake u... |

| Two year public college. Two degrees, both in variations of computer science. Accommodations really didn't come into play, I had an anxiety/depression diagnosis, but not an asperger's one til after I graduated. I failed a few classes on the way: Math 98 (Didn't do the homework, or take it seriously)... |

So, lately I've come to the realization that I've found myself in a pile of clutter, junk, trash, dirty laundry. It extends not just in my room, but also through the house.
How do you deal with clutter?
What are some resources that I can learn to help me in a more...sparse enviroment? |

| Past 24? Woke up at 5am Friday, made it to the gym. Did a 30 minute jog on the treadmill. Prepared for my Les Mills Body Pump class by going to Walmart and picking up lifting gloves. Did Body Pump. RPM was right after, so I figured why not? Tried to text my girlfriend. Got back to the house, put tog... |

| So I'm designing my "personal semester" class schedule, and I've decided to add a foreign language. I can get Rosetta Stone and Pimsleur Programs at a discount through my college, but I don't know which one to pick. -Japanese Love anime and japanese live action. Would be my preferred way, and I can ... |
