Weird PHP Bug

OK for some reason on my CMS it ignores some directories, like it either ignores the first file, or the last file.
But I haven't had that problem on my local copy, or any of the first few pages and their subpages. It only starts a few pages down.

It's probably a problem with HostGator's servers.
But they won't help because their IT techs are @ssh*/es.

EDIT, I just noticed, if you remove the @ and then everything after *, it says SSH, haha

try something other than host gator

Any ideas? I would go to StuzzHosting, but both Stuzz and HostGator are resellers of the same company (The Planet).

The only thing about StuzzHosting is it's ran by a friend of mine.
(This is where 7031 jumps in and leaves a message saying "Go for Stuzz!")
