scale of -10 to +10, how do you feel right now?
I do not know.
All I know was that I have to be a bit more awake and aware...
And more delicate and less reliable states are just pulling me back into being less awake and aware...
Apparently I failed doing so this few weeks.
This would mean I still have a lot to go...

Sorry to hear man. Is there any reason you can think of that your back might be hurting?
Where's the pain? Is it the lower back?
If it persists, hopefully you can talk to a doctor about it.
Improperly lifting heavy ammo boxes at work at attempt to go faster.
Bad idea, they can't ask you to do the task in such a way that an injury is likely to occur, but generally your employer can let you go if you're working in an unsafe manner.
I know it's tempting to both show you have higher productivity as well as just getting it over with quicker, but if you don't have health insurance or if the only health insurance you have is through your employer, be careful to not harm yourself.
I do logistics in a auto manufacturing facility, which basically consists of moving heavy boxes and bins of parts all day, so I know all about being sore from lifting stuff all day.
Hot shower? Rest ? Does NHS have backerkrackers , chiropractors ?

Does Robaxacet or similar help at all? I take it often and find it helps. I usually take the one with ibuprofen though, not the one with acetaminophen.

-2. I'm on my way home from Japanese class and I wanna skip it next week... the teacher divided us in to three groups based on our levels and while I find it perfectly logical and reasonable, I don't like the fact that I'm in the lowest skill group. It's humiliating. I would tolerate it if it actually got me to learn something, but the teacher goes with fast speed even with this group and not all of us can keep up. And since I'm slow to proces things, I don't have enough time to think of an answer before someone else or the teacher has already said it out loud. I think I'll just study at home next week; it might even be more productive in my situation.

That sucks to hear. Have you told your teacher about this or have you and the teacher disregarded your feelings?
I do wish Japanese was available at the college I go to. The only non-English course is Spanish but I would get flak from both sides if I were to take it.
Am at 2, having said that , humor me please.
Japanese is a conceptual life style all its own. Many hold backs to medieval
Processes , it has quickly moved into 19 th century .. almost 20 th , thanks to it being more interacting with the rest of the worlds economies. And USA directed mainly since WW2 . They are a brilliant people . (In original immediate japanese familys ). The older customs are strongly observed . Now in the 21st .
Styles are changing , younger people are . Breaking the old molds . But this Country in reality still has a Emporer . Having said that . Respect for your Sensei is really important . Especially consider if your Sensei is Male?
Or Even Japanese Male . If you are over 18 yrs old . The only opinions that matters in your class is the Sensei . Mannerisms and Language there reflects
Their societal concepts btw . But Hec maybe your learning in class not based in Japan. So all i have written here is merely cultural rhetoric .
Just my 2 cents worth , having intimately/known a japanese family excess of 30 yrs , ten yrs of that through 2 of there families generation. And their return to the Island for last ten years and the son of first generation & entire family.
Esei and neise. ( prolly not spelled/ right)
Via skype and other video message isp based services. HOPE YOU DO WELL
In your class and can find harmony with your teacher.

Why did I dream of becoming an illustrator and a musician as well but the talent was denied from me? I can’t even write without the letters looking messy and childish, even at the age of 31.
Do you play any instruments? When I was more interested in playing guitar I found I'd often discourage myself by focusing on trying to come up with technically challenging compositions while I ignored that when I didn't stress myself I could bang out three chord punk/thrash type songs all day.
Now when I write rhymes I need to stay mindful of that so I don't dismiss simple, catchy stuff that works well as hooks because I let myself get too distracted by trying to have lots of multis and wordplay, etc.
I don't know if over-complicating things has been an issue when you're creating, but it has for me; it'll cause burnout and make you waste your effort because you're ignoring where you've got strength and focusing only on where you're weak.

I have horrible handwriting. with much effort, i can produce a nice drawing (draw-erase-draw-erase-draw). i express myself well in writing. you generally do, too.

I haven't told her aside from telling her to slow down from time to time. Majority of the class can keep up, so it'd be wrong of me to demand special treatment and slow everyone down since we've all paid for the course.
BTW, your bad hand writing might be due to bad motoric skills.

My teacher is a middle aged Japanese woman, but she has lived here about 20 years so I'd expect her to understand the local ways a little.
