I am constantly feeling tired so I have to drink coffee. And then there's the boredom. And that I usually am depressed for no reason.

It's gotta be somewhere in the range of 2 or 3

What causes this feeling that I get sometimes (mainly at work) where everything gets hazy and it's incredibly hard to focus on anything and I feel like just laying down somewhere and doing nothing? I cannot get any work done in a mood like this. I don't know what does it but it seems triggered by something physical to me. It is almost like being drunk. I'm detached from reality and struggling to stay coherent. Could be caffiene? Work is the only place I ever drink anything caffinated.

It's not just work burn-out either because I have a game of minesweeper going and some music on and I can't focus on either of those as well
