1. migraine, can't sleep, concerned by the sudden spike in people considering self-harm or worse, and concerned for them, and don't feel like I'd be of any help for that at the moment since the pounding pain in my head keeps distracting me from everything else I try to focus on.

I'm sorry, this is probably insensitive, and I likely shouldn't even bring it up in the haven, but for some reason the part in bold made me laugh a little. Not due to the anxiety or the worry, those are bad, don't enjoy them myself. Just the whole worried....anxiety bit.

eh, I'm probably the only one that found it at all amusing.

I was amused by the irony, not the situation.

yeah, that was my major concern, I didn't want to give the impression that I found the anxiety funny, nothing could be farther from the truth. I almost wanted to say "thank you," since the wording made me smile a bit for the first time in hours, though I figured that would be taken the wrong way, or be offensive to someone, or something along those lines.

it's good that she made a joke to show you she didn't find what you said offensive as i would of flipped at first glance but later laughed myself

-5.
I feel utterly worthless. I am fairly sure that I have borderline traits alongside AS and it makes me feel very ashamed and frustrated.
