I'm sorry to see all the lows,hope everyone feels better.
About 8 here,I think they may have over did on the SSRI's,if someone looks at me I'm gonna start laughing.Haven't seen anyone in days,see the shrink tomorrow.Dont know if I want to tell him about the euphoria,I haven't felt like this in awhile.Not hungry either,ate two eggs and rice yesterday.Lots of pacing.Can't seem to watch tv,maybe a good thing??On you tube way too much.

Have to go to zero, have to become numb and frozen because there's a lot that has to be done today. It's why some people turn to drugs and/or alcohol.

NT wife of 13 years had enough. Last night she verbalized she was finally done. I haven't changed to her expectations. Not much to look forward to as she is increasing debt and programming my 10 year old son that I'm disconnected from him.

Just barely functioning at work today. It's good I'm at work as a distraction.

Looking for ways out.

I guess. If the scale were from how much we're feeling to how little we're feeling. I'm trying to cling to my interest in having conversations on here, a little frustration about my life, the slight warmth I feel from some PMs I got here today and a few texts from friends.

The rest is just... emptiness.
