+8. It has been a good day; sunshine and a clear blue sky all day. Much enjoyed after several months of grey skies and rain most days. I spent all afternoon working in my garden, my girls stayed with me all afternoon, chirping away, scratching the ground and eating worms. All in all a good, happy day. Wish they were all like this.

Sweet Leaf, if you manage to come across this post I hope you'll sincere read it?
Basically, I'm currently on SSDI and let me tell you it's a struggle to actually acquire the recognition of such.In fact, I was denied 2-3 times and finally appealed it to eventually start acquiring my benefits so, don't give up.. Oh, I'll admit that there are times I feel isolated since I hardly have any friends in my normal day life outside of work..

Lastly, I'm at +1

...hit about -9 before a short weeping brought me back to a manageable -7.

legal kidnapping sucks... I wish people would stop assuming men don't have squishy feelings, thus you can deprive them of love, kindness, belonging and family.

-8. I must be the only "undergrad" in the world that is almost eligible to take long service leave.. It's all a farce to keep me on a pissy low wage for all my life. Why aren't I an assistant accountant/senior bookkeeper like everyone else that works there? My f*****g 9 years of knowledge and experience was a waste of effort if in the end I'm still on the same level as an undergrad with absolutely none. Me doing uni isn't a green light to put me back on the bottom f*****g rung again. I want my f*****g 9 years back.

-7. Now I haz a headache from being sad. And worrying about where people have gone. Haven't had to worry about that in a long while. I guess that's how a bad day does it's work.
