i have a phycitrist and a counsellor + i do CBT and iv been on prozac for 2 years i came off them recently though after i split 3 veins and almost went into a coma

wow...I don't know what to say...I'm not a proffesional...you should stop all this...you have so much to live for

iv got a reply to every argument for staying alive and a reason to die but im not bothered people make all this fuss over suicide and i just dnt care
i will die when i die. how i die and where i die doesn't matter either

Yeh there are people on here you can talk to. I know it's not the same but at least you know there are always people to talk to even if it's not necessarily the person you really want to talk to.
I hope your numbers get higher soon.

good thing is im now up to 3

but...it is because iv had something to eat (pizza as usual) and iv taken a handfull of caffeine tablets to boost me up as im about to play call of duty and i dnt want my eyes and hands lagging
