-7 last Saturday because cat died in an accident. Felt like killing myself an awful lot that day. While I still really miss her, I'm not finding it that hard to move on at this point. -4 this morning, maybe it was the lack of sleep. Got into a pretty great mood later and now the alcohol pushes that mood up even more!

7 I feel great today. Going to go buy books today! But the store doesn't open till 10... it's about 6:30.... grrrrr. Wake up mom so we can go out and pass some time! She'll be up soon.

At least -3. I think I'm just too mentally weak to even recover a tiny bit, and the hole I'm in now is just slowly getting deeper and deeper. I think I'm just waiting until the day I kill myself or something.

-5. Why am I forced to work around these people? These people who don't care how it makes me feel, who like making sure I never get anywhere in my job. People who tell me to grin and bear it when working alongside a f*****g narcissist. If it were a marriage they'd tell me to get out. Why is my welfare worth less than nothing? it's ok for some people to be stuck in a toxic environment there but not others. IT lady was nothing compared to this but nothing is being done about it because I'm the only one that it affects.
