I'm assuming -10 is a ton of sadness and +10 is a ton of happiness. So I'm at zero right now. I'm neither sad or happy at the moment.

iv got 20 damm years to live

I'm happy now it's the first time I've managed to go to the shop on my own. I got a bit confused about where to cross the road and I thought someone was talking to me when they were talking to someone else. But I did it. Even though it was busy and there were loads of people around. I have something good to tell my counselor/Autism person now.
