4. Feel generally happy to be seeing a friend today, but privately my anxiety has been on the attack. I'm constantly worrying about the present/future, and tormented by memories from the past. There is no safe place, so I have to work to force my moods into some semblance of order every day, blocking the thoughts with tasks. I can't afford to break down. It additionally doesn't help things when I seem to be everyone's target for mockery these days.

+5 I think somebody likes me and even if i did something he didn't really like he didn't get upset much.. I hope and pray everything goes smoothly this Wednesday though
