I think I'm at that emotionally numb state of depression again, where I don't really feel anything good or bad, just... nothing. It's stayed this way for the past week or so, I think. Even going to see fireworks for the 4th of July, I felt nothing. I didn't feel anything good upon seeing them, I just watched them. I didn't feel anything bad about the sensory overload from the crowd and noise, I just dealt with it as best I could. No excitement or dread beforehand, and no positive or negative emotions about it afterward, just more nothing. It feels like I'm just existing, not taking any kind of active part in life.
