pls do some small thing that you enjoy. i dunno - looking at the stars, going for a walk past a pretty building or flowers, writing as mean and expressive a letter as you want to your ex and ripping it up, you know what you like. for me, a treat would be an egg mcmuffin. you are going through a rough time. be extra nice to yourself.
