My grandma passed away and I wasn’t there to be either her. Only got to see her body :cry: :cry: :cry:

She meant so much to me

i wish your grandma's death would have happened in a way that you could have been with her. I wish you weren't hurting, but on the positive side, deep grief means that you had someone in your life worth loving a lot. pls be extra good to yourself for a while. you'll need plenty of sleep, a healthy diet, and some indulgences for comfort. (((sly))).

Cycling back onto my leftover antidepressants and my mentality is improving. It's amazing how they can change an outlook. Got a doctor's appointment tomorrow and hopefully I can stay on them for good.

I am thinking about suicide again. I can’t succeed at any of the issues I struggle with and change feels so unreal to me. I am 31 years old and I only get worse instead of better.

Neither does the universe.

Things suck, but it doesn't mean god is f*****g with you. Even if you can't make everything better, you can still improve what's around you.
