0. I feel totally indifferent and maybe a little anxious. I feel like i'm trying to mask anxiety with indifference but who knows at this point.

I hate having to go to work, and every day I have to.

Just a reminder: under international law, an occupying power has no right of self-defense, and those who are occupied have the right and duty to liberate themselves by any means possible.

6 - Trying to shift this groggy, snotty cold I've had for weeks. Over the worst of it...for now.

-10, I dislike the idea of changes in f.ex the environment because I like how things are now.

-5. It took me a long time to realize that most people can describe their personal experiences and make them relatable to others. I've never been able to do that, and I'm jealous of people who can do this, and just gain support this way.

-2 I have some sort of illness that's primarily causing a headache and a bit of a fever (don't know if there might be other symptoms I'll soon be experiencing), and between that and the adjustments to my sleep meds, I've been very tired all day today and yesterday. I spent most of today sleeping or trying to sleep, it feels like I wasted the day.
