it has always been very difficult for me to get into the brushing habit. once a day was hard enough, i managed that when i had braces. once i got them removed it fell off. my braces were actually delayed for years because they wanted me to establish proper brushing habits first.

i'm sticking to the habit so far, but it's painful and bloody. having a kanker sore in there isn't helping either.

god i'm disgusting.
