-3 I just wish I could get a decent night's sleep for once in my life, go to bed around 10 or 11 PM and wake around 8 AM with adequate energy... rather than going to bed closer to 9 PM because I'm utterly exhausted, not getting to sleep until around midnight, then waking up several times for no apparent reason, and getting up around 10 or 11 AM still feeling worn out. I just want to have some energy so I can actually do things instead of spending so much of my time sleeping or trying to sleep and the rest just lazing about because I don't have the energy to do anything else.

i take melatonin and ginger. we autists often benefit from melatonin.

I take 10mg melatonin and 200mg (I think) doxepin and still have trouble sleeping. Thank you for the suggestion, though, I'll look into adding some ginger. Anything that might help is worth a try at this point.

I'm feeling alright. Nothing really going on at the moment, just waiting for my new headphones and hope that they work. Played some Fire Emblem: Awakening today, it was fun.

I take 10mg melatonin and 200mg (I think) doxepin and still have trouble sleeping. Thank you for the suggestion, though, I'll look into adding some ginger. Anything that might help is worth a try at this point.

also, aerobic exercise for about half an hour in the morning or afternoon promotes good sleep at night.

OMG..and lotttttts of it everynight add tyrpytophan 2000 mg.

personally add a tranq and a benedryl to sleep

You make me feel stupid. I used to know Hebrew but after years of disuse ive forgotten most of my Hebrew including the Hebrew alphabet, so what you wrote seems as intelligible as Chinese to me. Ok I still recognize some of the Hebrew, but I might have to copy and paste what you wrote to google translate to help me understand it :?

אוקי פעם ידעתי עברית, אבל אחרי הרבה זמן שלא דיברתי את זה שכחתי אותה בעצב. למרבה המזל תרגום של גוגל הוא דבר אז עכשיו אני יכול לקחת חלק מהשיחה המעניינת הזו באמצעות תוכנת חידוש זו.

זאת אומרת שפעם ידעתי עברית כלשהי, כך שללימוד זה לא אמור להיות קשה מדי, במיוחד בגלל שגדלתי לדבר ערבית ועברית היא שפת אחות בערבית באילן היוחסין השמי. הדבר היחיד שמרתיע אותי ללמוד עברית זה שאני לא יודע אם זה יועיל לי יותר משפות אחרות; אלא אם כן אתה חוקר מקרא, חוקר דת, או מישראל, אני לא רואה שימוש בעברית אפילו ללימודים.

אבל אם זה אומר לדבר אתכם כולכם, אני בטוח שאוכל לעשות איזו רוזטה סטון ברגע האחרון וללמד את עצמי איזו עברית פטריסית מלוטשת שתעשה את השיחה הזו בצורה חלקה יותר.
