Been having shoulder pain flare ups this past year. They started about 1 year ago when I lost all strength in my left arm, accompanied by a dull aching pain that never stops. They seem to last anywhere from a few days to a month. Let me tell you trying to go to sleep with a constant aching pain is not fun. I have to remain in one position all throughout the night or the problem gets worse. Last night I was awake till 5 am, and I don't think I ever entered a deep sleep.
It's day 3 so far, so i'm hoping that it will go away soon, as the last time it only lasted for a few days, but the first time it lasted for a whole month. Sigh, I hope it's not the case but I did it once so I can do it again.
Pain seems to have slightly shifted from my shoulder to my neck area but still subsists around the shoulder area to some degree...Good news I can actually sleep on my sides without any pain now. And thank goodness for that as I'm now getting good sleep! Bad news is that the pain is constant when I'm siting. Though it doesn't hurt as much as it did on the onset. Still my mood is poor, and I don't think it's a good idea to work out while my body is going through something so that has my mood down. Working out every day is how i primarily dealt with my depression.
So maybe a 3 or 4. I can't wait to get started on life again. This stupid thing just ends up putting a pause on everything as I can't draw very well when I'm in constant pain.
The battle rages on.
