3...I've been a lot worse than this before but I don't feel great either. It's almost 1am and I have to get up at 6am to work. It's only getting later. My job is getting harder and the deadlines are getting tighter. My home-life is stressful because my wife makes all of her stress my stress and I'm trying not to resent her for it (maybe that's not fair to her, I'm not sure, I just feel like I don't have that much left to give).

I often feel hopeless and a sense that life is just going to slowly keep getting worse and worse. I feel sick.
