10. I'm feeling stronger and healthier, since I've stopped starving myself. I've accepted my current size and I'm now on a proper diet. :) I've kept this up for three weeks. :)

If someone is mocking you after seeing the way you are feeling then I hope they are feeling ashamed of themselves. To laugh at someone else's pain is inhuman. Maybe everything is fine for them at the moment? Well, when it's not, I hope they remember the way they treated you.

10. I had a nice walk home for a workout and a delicious plate of sushi for dinner. One of my better days this month. :D
