I guess dealing with problems in life is an on-going journey... I've heard many of the problems sprout from the unmet needs we had in childhood. Yeah, I can understand that, but knowing that there were unmet needs doesn't solve the problem, and we still have to live with the consequences.
I've listen to a woman who has been dealing with eating disorder all her life...she's probably in her late forties or so...After going through all those years, she is finally able to stop emotional eating and love/accept herself the way she is...
If we just concentrate on the outcome, it is easy to say those years she spent on eating disorder were wasted, but she says it is the process of getting there that matters. Maybe it was because of those years she spent dealing with the problem that she is now able to have healthy eating habits, body image and self image...It takes that much time to resolve the issues in life...the time she spent getting there was part of the outcome as well...
I talk about having the desire to help people, but I can see that it will be a long, long journey...because helping just myself takes up all my energy...lol...

I think Hayden Christensen is handsome...I wish George Lucas would make Star Wars episode 7,8,9...I think it is better than not having the movies at all...I'm going to wait and see if the movies come out...and then buy the 9 movies box set...
