I'm sorry to hear that. I've done the same thing in the past. I don't think there's really a way to end it.
Anyway, I'm about a 6. I spent a good part of the afternoon gardening for the first time in...well, voluntarily in two years, although I've involuntarily worked on it once before this year... and although my back is now complaining that my next chiropractor visit isn't for another week or two, the fresh air made me feel better. Saw another interesting comment today, and I'm wondering how many people are starting to speak up.
