Can anyone teach me how to not care?
Think Pessimistic, that way if something good happens I will usually be surprised. If something bad happens, then they will be no disappointment.
Well, I don't consider that as a good advice. Doing that only further down the depression.
It wasn't advice I was just sharing my experiences. And no it hasn't lowered my depression, but I know people are different and all that though.

All I have is my intuition as well. You can't expect to have your cynicism all the time, it isn't always warranted. If you actually had something cynical to say at every given moment, you'd be a freak. As it is now, you're a person who uses her brain.
It dosen't do me any good, as my family members are all willing to push down on me until I crack, possibly to kill my non-existant ego.
Now, this is an old thread and nothing has been accopmlished, because I can't get away with being Aspie, and "they" are always 5 steps ahead.
To be sarcastic you have to crush someone else's feelings
How I hate that word, I hate the word "Sarcasm". I hope I never become one of those lowlifes who are so pitiful to use it. There is a clear difference between Irony and Sarcasm, and If you must choose, choose to be ironic, because most people find it funny, but if you are sarcastic, you will be looked down on. I wonder what would happen if everyone were sarcastic, and I'm happy to call myself Ironic.

Well, it's too late now, I never picked it up. And I probably never will. I'll be a soft mush of nerves. So I'm throwing in the towel, giving up, and making it clear I don't respect myself just as much as the low-lives I call my family do.

irony is just when you point out a funny coincidence or something.
like... an environmentalist with a stuffed tiger. "how ironic!"
sacrasm is to say something that isnt true, such as "wow, bush sure is clever! hahaha!"
one isnt "badder" than the other. i use both irony and sarcasm as the oportunity rises. im sure you've been sarcastic yourself, many a time.

Sarcasm is evil, irony is funny and friendly, I have not been sarcastic, do you like sarcastic people more than ironic ones?
Topic-wise, just do what you want.

evil? its just a term, and i _just_ explained what it means: to say something thats not true, in a humoristic manner:
"mmm i love old milk!" <---sarcasm.
whoever told you sarcasm is "evil" just were too lazy to explain it properly. its not "evil", its just a reversed truth.
"oh how i love stepping in dog poop" <---sarcasm.
yes i do sarcasm a lot.
yes i like sarcasm.
and theres no such thing as sarcastic people vs ironic people, cus everyone uses _both_ sarcasm and irony. as i said, you've used sarcasm yourself, everyone does.
"oh great, it rains... " <---sarcasm.

I have mistaken it, there is just a sarcastic person I want to go to hell, maybe because he is an a**hole or that he is OVERLY sarcastic.
But I will not post anything more off-topic.

you have used sarcasm in this post. but we have gone through this before.
this is ALL pointless as long as you've decided to resign. nobody or nothing exterior is going to pull you out. nobody ever, cus it doesnt _work_ that way.
