I think either all my head banging has caused some sort of damage which has triggered extreme rages, paranoia and OCD and BDD, or the whole relationship issues and disappointment of before xmas have triggered my insanity.

I have spent almost all night measuring my jogging pants and my own hips and getting all upset and angry.

-1. I feel grouchy because I feel like my intelligence was insulted when I was diagnosed with AS by that British snob in Montreal. I am not ignorant and I am not a spaz, and I would have full control of my actions if not for my understimulation problem. I'm understimulated. Period. Yes, I CAN settle down, but that would literally KILL me. f**k you, world. Why? Because now I'm scared someone will tryo force me to sit down and shut up just to prove to me that it's harmless for me and that I'm just a spoiled brat, or something.

-2. Since taking that over-the-counter antidepressant pill like an hour ago I feel better. This isn't a placebo effect. I forgot I'd taken it until about half an hour after I started to feel better and was wondering why I felt better and more relaxed.
